We strive to provide exceptional support and value through the Mindset Momentum Club, and we understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel your membership, please review the following cancellation policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

To request cancellation, please email us at support@petnannycoach.com with your full name and the email associated with your membership. We will confirm your cancellation within 1-2 business days.

If your request is submitted fewer than 5 days before your next billing date, your membership will remain active through the next billing cycle, and the cancellation will take effect for the following month.

We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused membership periods. Your access to the Club will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

You are always welcome to rejoin the Mindset Momentum Club at any time. However, re-enrollment will be subject to the current membership rate.
